Our customers are the reason we are in business and we care about providing quality customer service and products for each and every order. Please place orders by whatever method is most convenient for you. Orders may be placed by email, telephone, fax, post or through our website. Pricing is displayed in New Zealand dollars. Orders placed in New Zealand will include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. Any orders made outside of New Zealand will be GST free.

2. Direct bank transfer

Our customers are very important to us, and because of that we work hard to protect their financial security. Orders placed using a credit card on our website are safe and secure. Credit card and personal information is encrypted and processed in real time with state-of-the art security software.
Direct Payment Solutions (DPS), one of New Zealand’s largest providers of security software, protects against and prevents identity and credit card fraud by using their Secure Socket Layer protocol. You can rest assured that your information is safe inside our secure server.
Customers not comfortable placing orders online are invited to call us directly to place an order by calling 0800 290 000 (calls within New Zealand) or +64 4 564 5548 (calls outside of New Zealand).
We understand that customers are excited to get their orders as quickly as possible, so in almost all cases, orders are shipped out in approximately 1 business day. We use Fastway Couriers or New Zealand Post ParcelPost with tracking for New Zealand deliveries and New Zealand Post, DHL Express or FedEx for international deliveries. For the swiftest delivery, please provide a physical postal address when registering your details on our website.
If there is a shipping delay for one item in your order, we will contact you with the option of a short shipment. If you prefer, you may wait until your order is complete before it is shipped.
Our current shipping costs are as follows:
$4.00 - Deliveries to city locations across New Zealand (tracked)
$6.00 - Deliveries to rural locations across New Zealand (tracked)
$14.00 - International deliveries (untracked)
$35.00 - International deliveries (tracked)
Overseas orders can sometimes be quoted based on the size of your order and the distance it has to travel. While our international orders may take longer to ship, our international customers are just as invaluable to us and we work hard to expedite all orders. If your order is taking longer than expected please notify us so we can track the order and follow this up for you as quickly as possible.
We whole-heartedly believe in the health and wellness benefits of all of our aromatherapy products, but please use our information and suggestions as a guideline only. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to consult with your health professional or a qualified aromatherapist before using any new products. This is especially true for women during pregnancy. While many essential oils are safe to use for the duration of a pregnancy, it is important to check with a professional for any potential adverse effects. We take no responsibility for the misuse of products and are not qualified to treat, diagnose, or prevent any health conditions.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Customer satisfaction is our first priority.
